Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actress, television presenter, recording artist as well as an entrepreneur. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades during her professional career. She has been nominated as well for the eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, as and for the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred over a number of TV shows, including Hiram and Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) The role she played was Dyesebel, the Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She also hosted the It's Showtime noontime program (2009-2010) Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 17th of February in 1985. She is a Filipina as well as an Australian actor. There were many awards she received throughout her time in the industry, including the two FAMAS Awards, a Luna Award, two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards as well as five PMPC Star Awards in the TV category. In addition, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards in the films. Curtis was a part of a variety of television series like Hiram (2004-2005) Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). The 2014 film Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she was Dyesebel which is the Komiks famous character. She was also the host of It's Showtime an afternoon variety show (2009-2020). Curtis was born in Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father had been married to Ojales by 1982. Her older brother Jasmine has also become an actor. Clare passed away from a heart disease in 2007, when she was only 4 months old.
